Chairman John McClelland called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. In attendance were Commissioners Vicki Andrews, Bob Evans, John McClelland and Bud O’Connor. Alternate Jim Leng was also present.
Approval of Minutes
The minutes for June were approved as corrected.
342 Ridge Road
The Forest Conservation Plan and Public Improvement Agreement for this property was approved.
Ordinance Revision
John McClelland reported that he has made preliminary changes to the building ordinances and would like the rest of the Committee to read and comment. John will ask the Town Clerk to make copies of his revised pages and distribute them to the rest of the Commissioners.
Building Permit Report
Bud O’Connor reported that there were no pending requests for building permits.
