Attending: Georgette Cole, Chair, Audrey Maskery, Deborah Mehlferber, and John Compton.

Budget for FY 2018 proposed to Mayor and TC: Contract tree removals increase from $20,000 to $ 22,000. Contract tree pruning increases from $15,000 to $17,000. Forestry and Beautification Plantings remain at $4,000. Licensed tree expert (not used this year) reduce from $2,500 to $1,000. Gypsy Moth spraying (not used this year and gypsy moth egg case counts very low) remain at $1,000. Tree Planting–Parks and Residential increase from $15,000 to $20,000 (includes seasonal help for watering trees).

We discussed possible planting locations for spring trees. Need to find out when the Stadler Nursery spring tree sale starts.
Town Bulletin: Audrey’s series on identification of non-native invasive plants has ended. Future topics are welcome.
