Eleni Khan invites you to enjoy group guided meditations and mindfulness exercises. Calming our minds and deeply relaxing with guided breathing, singing bowls, interactive mindfulness and meditation practices for all levels. The class is geared towards adults, and is family friendly to “of age” individuals of interest. Hour long classes started on October 10th and will take place on Wednesday evenings at 7:45 PM.
