HPC Reviews of Applications for Building Permits and Subdivision Plans
The Town’s Planning Commission receives applications for building permits and subdivision plans. The Planning Commission submits most of these to the Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) for review. The reviews linked to from the table below are those conducted by the HPC for the Planning Commission.
Note that the HPC does not review building permit applications for patios, decks, and fences.
Reviews are discussed and finalized at the monthly meetings of the HPC.
