This document, prepared by our consultants, Robinson & Associates, contains a wealth of information about the Town and its history. Would you like to learn more about the Town’s five periods of development, our “neighborhoods” (tent department, cottage department, etc.), our many parks and forest preserves, our unique circulation systems, architectural styles, or the influence of the B&O Railroad and the Chautauqua movement?
