- Review the 2020 Master Plan Working Draft (021920 version):
We will review Section 8: Commercial Corner again. This will allow additional input on this important section. Several suggestions have been received from Town residents. We will also consider again the impact of adopting County Code Section 15.
Next will be Section 9: Development and Preservation Strategies. We have adopted substantial input from the HPC and will briefly review it.
We will then return to our review of previous sections. This includes areas where the need for additional planning commission input was identified (and then recommences review at Section 2.2.
