Section 9) Development and Preservation Strategies. New material from the HPC will be reviewed
NEW Section 11) Emergency Preparedness with Risk Management and Hazard Mitigation. This completely new material comes to us from the Emergency Preparedness and Safety Committee (EPSC) chaired by Sat Amagai. Their original submission was in October 2018, but the document has been updated and now dates from 5 May 2020.
If we have extra time we will return to our review of previous sections. We will start with section 3.6.
