Discuss new Introduction language
Discuss possible subdivision criteria added to Section 2.1 (Growth within Town)
Discuss new Montgomery County plans for alternate I270/I495 plans including monorail,ICC use, and third set of rail tracks as this could affect Section 3 (Transportation)
