  2. Approval of 05/19 work session minutes
  3. Review the 2020 Comprehensive Plan Working Draft (051921 version):
    1. Section 1.3 Other Town Owned Land: added material from Peter Nagrod.
    2. Section 3.3 Walkway/Bikeway Connection: Minor modification of recommendations from Bike Path Committee.
    3. Section 8.3 Commercial Corner Parking Issues: Suggested qualifier from Racial and Social Equity Committee.
    4. Section 12.4 Historic Homes and Support for Rentals: Modify sentence for consideration of ADUs from G Cole.
    5. Vote to approve as amended.
    6. Confirm date to send 2021 CP to Gaithersburg and Montgomery County and set date of Planning Commission Public Hearing.
