A public hearing will be held in Council chambers on December 17 at 11 a.m. to determine if a variance should be granted to allow a six-foot privacy fence located on the rear property line at 112 Chestnut Avenue. At the hearing, the Board will take written and oral testimony from the applicant, residents or other interested parties.
