NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION

Pursuant to Article VII of the Washington Grove Zoning Ordinance, a public hearing will be held to determine if a SPECIAL EXCEPTION should be granted under Section 8.21 (c) to The Highway Christian Church at 109 Washington Grove Lane (the Commercial Corner) in Washington Grove, Maryland.
The Board may grant the SPECIAL EXCEPTION if the Board finds on the basis of clear and convincing evidence in the record that each of the required conditions in Article VII, Section 11.324 have been met.
The Board will take written and oral testimony from the applicant, residents and other interested parties at the public hearing. The Board will render its decision as soon thereafter as practical.
