We live in a neighborly town. Do you have ideas for fostering even more connections? In the past, Washington Grove Cares has presented a series of occasional talks by town residents about their areas of expertise or their passions; offered an intergenerational Instrument Petting Zoo; sponsored a community New Year’s Eve party; arranged hikes; and hosted an outdoor social event at the tail end of the pandemic.
If you’d like to lend a hand in such projects, or even if you can’t, please send us your ideas for strengthening a sense of community.
