Remarks » One side of house badly scorched in 1907 fire which destroyed 108 Grove Avenue. Attic still said to have charred wood. Building permit #094479 issued. Williamson, an attorney, applied to the Association for a permit to build the house in July 1902. Cottage used as a parsonage by Washington Grove Methodist Episcopal Church during its ownership. Lot owned by Matthew G Emery, 1894 (#392, 393); S S Henkle, 1894 (#432) M G Emery, c1898 (#530).
