Remarks » Moved to site in 1905, according to oral tradition. J H Wilson had cottage on old Lot 11 by March 1904, however no stock issued for him at this location. Oscar Lancaster was a Washington patent attorney. He had one of the largest collections in the country of fore-edge painted books. Andrew Sonner, a former high school teacher, became State’s Attorney. Addition dates from 1974. Building permit 093749 issued 18 September 1978.
