Chairman Jim Leng called the meeting to order at approximately 7:35 p.m. Commissioners Bob Evans, John McClelland, Peggy Odick, Allen Winter, Vicki Andrews, Irene Carrato, and Bob Evans were present.
Jim Leng advised that no quorum would be needed for meetings held in the months of January, August, and September.
Public Appearances
There were no public appearances.
Approval of Minutes
A correction was made to the minutes representing the “meeting” held on January 2, 2001 .
Building Permit Report
John McClelland said there had been no requests for building permits.
Town Council Report
Allen Winter said that he had been reviewing the Master Plan. He suggested presenting the idea to the Town Council that an outline should be prepared of items that need to be changed; the entire Master Plan would not have to be rewritten. He would prepare the outline and the Planning Commission would amend the outline as necessary after their review and discuss how to handle the items needing to be changed.
The next meeting of the Planning Commission will be held on Tuesday, March 6.
