Chairman John McClelland called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m. In attendance were Commissioners Darrell Anderson, Bob Evans, John McClelland and alternate Jim Leng.
Approval of Minutes
The minutes for October were approved as corrected.
Vehicular Use of Avenues
A discussion regarding the regular vehicular use of the Avenues (Cherry, 2nd, 6th and Pine) ended with referring the issue to the Parking Task Force that has been identified by the Mayor.
Building Permits
The owner of 115 Chestnut Avenue has inquired about a permit to erect a shed on property that was purchased from the Town several years ago. The deed states that the only restriction was that a residential dwelling could not be erected on the property so the permit would be approved.
The following permits were approved:
- 503 McCauley Street » addition
- 203 Washington Grove » Lane fence
- 201 Brown Street » shed move
Report from Town Council
Darrell Anderson reported that Town Attorney Bill Roberts reviewed the proposed ordinance changes and that the amended ordinances would be voted on at the next Council meeting.
