7 October 2009 | Approved: 4 November 2009
Chairman McClelland called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. In attendance were Commissioner Steve Werts and alternate Missy Yachup. Also in attendance were residents Christine Dibble, David Neumann and architect Ralph Hurst.
Public Appearances
Christine Dibble and Ralph Hurst came for a discussion about the proposed addition at 313 Brown Street. Chairman McClelland noted that the permit application was missing plans for the basement. Mr. Hurst agreed to bring them in by Friday, October 9, 2009. There was a discussion about property markers, setbacks, % of lot coverage, height and the existing deck. (Note: Christine Dibble said the existing deck was over 36" in height and within 15′ of the side lot line, but thought that it was a grandfathered situation citing it predated their purchase of the property). The plans were approved. Vote: 3-0. Chairman McClelland will stamp the plans and permit upon the arrival of the basement drawings.
